Yes I remember reading the news stories in the Telegraph's and
the Times's web pages. Not only the RN is cash-strapped, so are the
RAF & the Brit Army. Defence Secretary Hoon (?) is having a hard time
finding the funds for them.Thanks for reminding that the state of the PLAN subs are not too bad
after all. Of course there are lots of room for further improvement
as pointed out by so many people here.
