Now that the older Romeos have been put away. The Mings are only half-junk since some of them are very new and can fire C-80x although the design is crap. Remember how the Soviets ran Whiskeys into the 1980s.The only decent subs PLAN has are the Kilos and Songs, and the nuclear subs although the latter seem to be showing their age.
