One would have to be blind not to realize that. The only reason no accidents have occurred yet is because PLAN id reluctant to use her equipment to its fullest potantial and also because the oldest and most unreliable vessels have already been retired.The reason for my above post was to point out the errors in the article which are really laughable. Also, PLAN's rescue capabilities are not as crappy as the article states, although it appears that those rescue capabilities have not been tested by an actual emergency situation.
