Reading the text,remind me of Japanese naval planner in the 1930's
By early 30's Japanese military junta anticipate the war against the US is unavoidable,realizing the US has a tremedous technology superiority ,
not to mention resources and man power.,they set elaborate plan,( much like text wirtten above)unfortunately the they simple fell to take into account what the US countermeasurement..all there prediction fell to materialized.result is a catastrophic defeat.
The author of text also fell into similiar trap.,beware,war and politic
usually unpredictable....
